Luminary Private Lending is committed to fair and responsible lending practices. We evaluate financing opportunities based on the merits of the transaction — the property, the collateral position, and the strength of the exit — and on applicable lending guidelines, without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, the good-faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
